Guidelines to be followed by Graduate Guests

PG Medical Graduates
guest are advised to occupy their respective allotted
seats in the Auditorium before their Graduation Time.
- The guests of the
PG Medical Graduates
have to enter the Auditorium only through the Left side [CHTC Side] and Right Side [Carman Block Side] Entries.
- Staff Members and the Student Volunteers will help the guests in locating the allotted
seats.
- Guests are advised to bring their guest pass to the Auditorium.

TWO GUEST SEATS FOR EACH POSTGRADUATES
- The Guest seat reservation Master charts are displayed in the Foyer of the Scudder Auditorium.
- Please visit Library Website
to locate your seat reservation at Scudder Auditorium.
