Instructions for Appointments

1. Please make online appointments as far as possible.
2. If you have not visitied CMC before (first time to CMC), you are encouraged to do Online pre-registration (Click here) and contact Silver Gate (600) for help.
3. If you reach CMC, Vellore without a confirmed appointment, please contact our staff in Silver Gate (600) for an early appointment.

CMC Tele-Consultation Facility

1. CMC Tele-Consultation started on April 2, 2020 with an aim to help patients who could not travel to Vellore.
2. Please note that This is not for emergency or critical care.
3. Some departments are offering tele-consultation. If required and not available on the website please contact the department for a tele-consultation appointment.


What is eMEDS?
A service to deliver medicines to CMC patients by Post (or) Courier based on their doctor’s online prescription.

What is the Purpose?
This service is primarily meant for patients on chronic medications, and those using the Tele-consultation facility.

Who is eligible?
CMC Patients for whom the treating doctor has given an online prescription through Tele-consulation (or) Physical Consultation (or) through Phone/Mail consultation.
